j-mex AgileMaster Showcases Cross-Platform Robot Teleoperation at CIIF 2026

j-mex inc. showcased its AgileMaster robot teleoperation solution at the 2026 China International Industry Fair (CIIF 2026), demonstrating real-time robot control across different robotic platforms through wearable motion capture and Motion Retargeting technologies.

During the exhibition, j-mex conducted live robot teleoperation demonstrations at the Franka booth, as well as within a Universal Robots demonstration area where j-mex’s Beijing-based partner, CNBEST Tech (Beijing) Co., Ltd., participated.

Using the V100R-Plus wearable motion capture system together with AgileMaster, the demonstrations translated the operator’s natural arm movements into real-time robot control commands, highlighting AgileMaster’s ability to integrate with different robotic arm platforms.

AgileMaster combines inertial motion capture, Human-to-Robot Mapping, and Motion Retargeting technologies to convert human movement into robot-compatible motion while taking into account each robot’s joint structure, degrees of freedom, and motion constraints.

Compared with conventional joystick-based or fixed-interface control methods, AgileMaster allows operators to control robots through natural body movements, providing a more intuitive approach to teleoperation while reducing the effort required to adapt control workflows across different robot platforms.

Beyond real-time teleoperation, the system can also support the collection of robot demonstration data. By allowing human operators to directly demonstrate tasks, developers can capture motion, robot states, and task-related data for downstream applications including robot learning, imitation learning, and Physical AI development.

As robotic systems move toward more complex manipulation and learning tasks, human demonstration and teleoperation are becoming increasingly important parts of the robot development workflow. Through AgileMaster, j-mex continues to extend its motion capture expertise into robot control and training-data applications, helping developers bridge the gap between human demonstration and robot execution.

The live demonstrations at CIIF 2026 further highlighted AgileMaster’s flexibility across different robotic platforms. j-mex will continue working with robotics ecosystem partners to expand the use of teleoperation, Robot Training Data, and Physical AI across smart manufacturing, robotics development, and industrial automation.
